In true family tradition, Rodney Jane has inherited more than his father's head for business; he also displays a strong passion for motor racing. By the age of 20 he was racing his first AUSCAR at the Calder Park Thunderdome and, in the space of just six years, gained numerous victories and titles in AUSCAR, Legends and 700 horsepower NASCAR categories, proving himself to be a tough competitor. From 2003, until the cancellation of the series in 2009, Rodney has been behind the wheel of the competitive number 7 GT3 Porsche (a number his father made famous) in the Carrera Cup Series. And all this, whilst still maintaining the typical Jane, hands-on business leadership required of the company's CEO.
